Real estate investment manager PGIM Real Estate has appointed David Fassbender, its current head of Japan, as deputy head of Asia Pacific. He reports to Benett Theseira, head of Asia Pacific at PGIM Real Estate. Fassbender will oversee the firm’s portfolio management strategies across Asia Pacific in the newly created role. He will continue to lead the firm’s Japan business, while also retaining his role as senior portfolio manager for Asia Pacific value-add strategies.
