Matthew Bouw appointed CEO of Cushman & Wakefield for APAC and EMEA regions

On April 16, US real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced the appointment of Matthew Bouw as CEO of Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Starting May 1, Bouw will relocate to London to lead a unified operating model across both regions. According to the announcement, this model aims to enhance scale, streamline services, and strengthen global connectivity and talent access for clients. Bouw has been based in Singapore as C&W’s CEO for APAC since 2017.
