A freehold land parcel located at Jalan Jamal and Elite Park Avenue, off Upper East Coast Road in District 15, is up for sale by tender. The 35,528 sq ft site has an asking price of $38 million, or about $1,070 psf. The land is zoned for three-storey mixed-landed housing under the URA Master Plan 2019.

Sydney luxury project Aura by Aqualand to launch in Singapore with prices from A$2 mil

Aura by Aqualand, a mixed-use residential project located in Sydney, Australia, will be launched to Singapore buyers during the weekend of Feb 22 and 23. Savills Singapore, the appointed marketing agent, says the exclusive launch will be held at the voco Orchard Hotel on Orchard Road. The project is located at 168 Walker Street in North Sydney, a suburb and commercial district situated across the Sydney harbour from the central business district and landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House.

TPG offers to privatise Econ Healthcare at 33 cents per share

Econ Healthcare announced on Feb 14 that it had received a privatisation offer via a scheme of arrangement (SOA) from a special purpose vehicle (SPV) controlled by a TPG-affiliated fund. The offer price is either a cash consideration of 33 cents per share or a cash and securities consideration of 22.4 cents and 32.1148 cents in Holdco shares.

LSI unveils Singapore’s largest co-working lab at Elementum

Singapore’s largest co-working laboratory space was launched last week by Life Science Incubator (LSI), a Singapore-based operator of shared lab spaces for biotech, medical technology and food technology companies. The new co-working laboratory space is LSI’s second shared lab in Singapore. The company also operates a 6,500 sq ft co-working lab at The German Centre. The 20,000 sq ft shared laboratory is on the 10th floor of Elementum, a 12-storey biomedical sciences building developed by Ho Bee Land.
