Hi!
Interesting article on the real estate agent not displaying his license card, and fined heavily. Indeed so. Perhaps, the author should also pose these questions to CEA and allow them to address the questions posed by the author in the article.
Readers, like myself, are interested to know the reasons for such heavy penalties.
