Would like to invest in a private property to generate rental income but do not wish to take up a big loan, so what do you suggest if the money in the pot is around S$1 million? Thankyou

Hi Lisa, if your concern is just rental income, you can also consider putting it in some REITs and save yourself the hassle of buying a property.
As for high yielding properties, they tend to be leasehold properties near to MRTs. You can start your search there.
